Parkour is a discipline focused on moving from one point to another as smoothly, efficiently and quickly as possible using the abilities of the human body. Parkour and eviL are both built on the philosophical premise that any obstacle, physical or mental, can be surpassed.
evil isn't the race, it's the preparation. it's not the 3 minute round, it's the 6 months of hitting the heavy bag. it's not the 48 minute game...it's running suicides all off-season. it's not running a marathon...it's getting your &*^% out of bed in the morning to train. the preparation is evil. and evil is good.
